How to Finance Properties as a Real Estate Agent out of college?
I understand that one needs to have an income, good credit, and a property to invest in to qualify for a loan. I am still in the process of securing a job after I graduate from college either as a real estate agent or W2 job. I want to become a real estate agent/investor out of college and would like to house-hack a 3 or 4 unit. However, many mortgage brokers have been telling me that I need to show them 2 years of work experience out of college as a real estate agent and I simply do not want to wait two years to buy real estate because I have money ready for a down payment. Is there anyway around this through partnerships or picking up a side-job? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
