Research on lead generation for real estate investing

I am here doing a little market research. Hopefully, I can get some input and feedback.

I have experienced that new real estate investors often desire help doing quality lead generation. As an ex-real estate agent who has shifted into being more of an entrepreneur, I am considering using my considerable knowledge and skill in real estate lead generation and marketing to start a lead generation service for real estate investors.

First, realize that leads and lists are different. Most lead generation companies actually only sell lists, which they call leads. But, a list is simply a list of contact details. Leads are what comes from the lists when those on the list indicate their actual interest. Those who buy lists, instead of leads, must then do outbound marketing, which consumes time and resources and requires expertise, to turn those on the list into actual interested leads.

The types of never-incentivized real estate investor leads I could potentially provide for sale are:

  • High equity owner motivated seller leads
  • Absentee owner motivated seller leads + zip code + qualification / no qualification
  • Out-of-state owner motivated seller leads + zip code + qualification / no qualification
  • Vacant house owner motivated seller leads + zip code + qualification / no qualification
  • Eviction motivated seller leads + zip code + qualification / no qualification
  • Probate motivated seller leads + zip code + qualification / no qualification
  • Cash buyer leads + zip code + qualification / no qualification
  • Private lender leads + zip code + qualification / no qualification
  • Custom

Lead packages for subscribers, or one-off purchasers, could be sold in bundles of:

  • 20
  • 50
  • 100
  • 200
  • 1000
  • Custom

Is this a type of service that real estate investors, new or seasoned, would be interested in?

If so, what types of leads listed above would investors be potentially most interested in purchasing, and at which bundle quantities and for which zip codes or geographic areas?

Also, for those currently buying lists and then spending their own time and resources attempting to do their own lead generation, what price per lead are you paying?

Would love everyone's feedback,

Ama
