Setting up LLC .Should i do myself or get a RE Attorney

I am a newbie to Real estate.I have a partner who is a real estate agent.We are in the process of buying our 1st rental PPTY. I am about to set up an LLC. Should i do that myself or go through a Real Estate Attorney?

@Jeyo Punnakottil if you have to ask you need a lawyer. I do suggest you study up on LLCs so that when you do talk to your lawyer you can better describe you r needs and better understand his or her suggestions. I highly recommend the books By Nolo Press. Their website has some good free info too.
