Tenant Screening and Rental Agreements

I am looking to get into real estate investing. I have seen a lot of videos and read a few books that explain a lot of aspects to real estate investing. The one area I cannot find a lot of good information on is around tenant screening and rental agreements. Does anyone have any recommendations on resources or books I should check out to further my knowledge of these topics?
