Mortgage loans lenders aren’t allowed to advertise
I heard there’s certain mortgage products that bankers aren’t allowed to sell or advertise because the bank makes no money on them. What are they? Does anyone know? The bank makes more money on a 30 year fixed rate mortgage so that’s why they don’t advertise the other options. but supposedly there’s something where you’d only pay like $38,000 in interest on a 250k loan and you can pay your mortgage off in 6 years. Instead of like 200k in interest on a 250 k loan. Does anyone know the secrets? Where can I find more info?
