Investing in Real Estate out of the country

Hello Everyone,

I have been looking at some deals and I am ready to start investing, and since I am from Colombia, I would like to start investing there to apply the same strategies that are used here in the USA. Does anyone have experience investing out of the country, if so, what are the main things to consider?

Thank you,

Julian

If we talk about the European real estate market, I can say that Germany worth your attention. It is one of the most developed countries, not only in Europe. You can read this article to know more about this market: The German property market: what to expect in 2020. I think it is a good option.
