Hello everyone, Newbie investor seeking some advice
Hello everyone I am a newbie investor and I am seeking some help. As stated I am a newbie and this question has probably been asked a million times. How should I go about getting started? I don't really have any money and my credit is horrible. Should I try an obtain a hard money loan and fix and flip a couple properties. I know the market is better suited to buy and hold right now but I was hoping to market my deal for someone to buy and hold. Anyway am I taking on too much to start? Should I start out as a bird dog or a wholesaler first? I have always wanted to get into real estate investing and I feel I have the drive to be successful in this game and I know I can be successful. Any help for a newbie will be greatly appreciated.
