Introduction & request for advice with REI books - purchased 11..

Hello,

My name is Travis Rogerson. I live in Washington, NC located in the eastern part of the state. Some people refer to it as 'little Washington,' but many locals prefer 'original Washington.' I have no preference, but I do love my small, quiet town on the Pamlico river!

I have a BS in Exercise Physiology and certifications through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) as an Exercise Physiologist as well as Group Exercise Instructor. I currently work at a medical fitness facility in my hometown as supervisor of exercise programming. I have a beautiful wife and two wonderful children. My wife is a very successful hairstylist. Seriously. She has won multiple awards and has >80k followers on her hair instagram! I just try to keep up with her. ;)

I have become increasingly interested in real estate investing since we started looking for our next home. I stumbled across BiggerPockets from the personal finance subreddit. Since then, I've read many blog posts, watched a few podcasts, and stalked the MLS and my county's GIS to try and get familiar with what to look for. My current goal is to get my feet wet with my first REI purchase in 2019. I plan to keep working full time for as long as possible to help fund my investments. Before I start, I would like to read as many books as possible to build a strong foundation for moving forward with real estate. I took advantage of the great holiday discounts here at BiggerPockets and purchased 11 books....

I would like to hear from others an order they would advise in reading these books:

-The Ultimate Beginners Guide to Real Estate Investing by Joshua Dorkin and Brandon Turner

- How to Invest in Real Estate by Joshua Dorkin and Brandon Turner

- Finding and Funding Great Deals by Anson Young

- How to Sell Your Home by Mindy Jensen

- Long-Distance Real Estate Investing by David Greene

- The Book on Investing in Real Estate with No (and Low) Money Down by Brandon Turner

- The Book on Estimating Rehab Costs by J Scott

- The Book on Flipping Houses by J Scott

- Retire Early with Real Estate by Chad Carson

- The Book on Managing Rental Properties by Brandon and Heather Turner

- The Book on Rental Property Investing by Brandon Turner

- The Book on Tax Strategies for the Savvy Real Estate Investor by Amanda Han and Matthew MacFarland

As you can see, I have not yet narrowed down which niche I would like to pursue and master first. Still deciding! I am about halfway through 'How to Invest in Real Estate' and it's my first of the 11. Which order would you recommend? I have already read 'Rich Dad, Poor Dad'. I also plan to read 'The Richest Man in Babylon' too. Since I am relatively close to selling my house, I had in mind to read 'How to Sell Your Home' next.

Any advice about these books or getting started in general will be greatly appreciated!

Thanks for taking the time to read and I look forward to hearing from you,

-Travis
