Newbie looking to connect in Ventura County Ca.

Hello BP, I am a newbie as it says. I am looking to connect with investors in the Ventura or Los Angeles county areas. I am looking to start out as a wholesaler first and work my way up.  I mostly drive for dollars right now, I also have started a little online marketing very recently. 

Any guidance and help is much appreciated. 

Looking forward to closing deals with the knowledge gained.
