hey all, i am in the process of putting together my power team of professionals here in the virginia area. specifically, wondering if anyone has tips on finding a real estate attorney that is favorable to creative financing, and creating contracts that offer the win-win type of philosophy. i'm pretty aware of questions to ask of any attorney to determine if that professional is pro-investor, or not, but wondering if there's additional advise anyone in the virginia area might share? success to all!, sage

Lot of guru lingo going on here. Find the deal and then find a lawyer to help you. Any real estate lawyer should be able to help you with basic stuff or point you to someone who can help.
