Newbie don't know best 50/50 flip agreement?...Need help.

Me: Remodeling Contractor. An investor approached me to do a 50/50 flip. I would do the work, he will be the money man. Issue? My guys need to get paid weekly ( 3-4 month project ). I need to pay my monthly bills while project is being completed. Will I be basically "Double Dipping" making money off repairs, and then we do our 50/50 split at sale also?...

Not knowledgeable enough to know if the investor is being rewarded fairly in deal?

Need feedback help, me be a newbie investor, I have a lot to learn, just want to play fair, and everybody be winners.
