Generating Leads - How can I find an owner's address to contact?

Hi I'm Emily and I'm new on Bigger Pockets! I've been attending Brandon's webinars and am ready to start generating leads to buy my first property! There are tons of great multifamily properties in my neighborhood, that I would be happy to purchase - the problem is contacting the owners. None of the properties are listed for sale, so how do I find the owner to ask if they would be interested in selling?

I would appreciate any ideas or tricks to finding this information (and also tips on what to say to an owner to convince them to sell me their property once I contact them!)
