@Pierce Barksdale Hi Pierce welcome to BP! Based on what you’ve said, I would suggest that start going to local REIAs and meeting other wholesalers and investors. Thats the best way to build a buyers list. There are a ton of blog posts here on BP about wholesaling, you should check them out, it will definitely help you get a lot more information. And of course if you have specific questions you can ask them here.
