Hi all! I’m Alex. I have absolutely no experience in buying or selling houses in any capacity but i am your typical patient of analysis paralysis. I’ve read the books, listened to the podcasts, talked to the people but never went out and looked at the properties or analyzed any deals. Which I hear is the best way NEVER to get started. So... I’d like to just post a thread and let everyone know that I am ready to work my butt off for anyone and everyone in exchange for an hour call/Skype/coffee to pick your brains.
