Not sure what I should do!

Well with this being my first post let’s dive Rite in.

I’m just starting out, have a property the lot is 5000sq ft, and the house is 900 sq ft in West Oakland, 10 mins drive from San Fransisco. I’m not sure how or what to do with this place.

Don’t know if I should add on to the house or what to build.

Or build another unit on the property, Or even if I should just leave it alone.

I recently put tenets in it. And make good money off they rent. But I want to maximize the space and profits. I have a ton of equity in this house just not sure how to use it. Any feedback would awesome thank you.
