Am I qualified to step into this..
Hello, I am 22 years old and about to graduate. I am interested in house hacking a duplex in the near future, but I am still trying to get educated on real estate as this is something I would like to start as a hobby. I will have college debt which will be the only debt I have. Am i qualified to step into this? This scares my wife as she is eager to pay off our debt and getting a mortgage scares her even more... Tips and how to explain this are appreciated! Thanks! #Newbie
