Good morning Need help finding private lenders. Any recommendations or referrals? Also if I was referred to call a private Lender I never talked to prior, how should I start the conversation and ask? Are there any list of question I should use? Any private lenders that see this if your look into investing please let me know. Thank you, Gary.

@Gary Sowell

I guess the first question, before we start providing recommendations of private lenders, what are you looking for? Have you found a fantastic deal, but don't have any money? Are you just starting to break into REI and have no cash? Do you not qualify for conventional financing? Where are you in the grand scheme of things. Different private lenders do different things. Some provide joint ventures, some provide bridge financing and some do rehab loans.
