Questions to ask when looking for an agent

I have just moved to the Charleston area and I am in the process of finding an agent to work with to help me find a small multifamily property in the area.  Since I am new at this, I am not sure exactly what to ask.  I had one agent recommended to me and had my first meeting with them today.  Should I meet with multiple agents and if so what should I be looking for?
