New to the buisness world and real estate

Hi I’m 19 years old and have always been fascinated by investing and real estate due to the fact I want to live a nice life and live good for my children, I don’t have a father (incarcerated since birth) and My mother went through a lot as a child and she ended up not being the best parent. I’ve lived with my god father from 15 to now and it is time for me to get my own place (I don’t have a choice for those who will tell me to stay longer) but I want to know how can I start off; I want to be the best parent that i didnt have one day to my child, that is a ways off but I would like to start investing and getting Into Business as well as real estate, also finding a way to live at this age. Any suggestions at all please.

@Cainan Wright

Be patient.

Get an education.

Focus on what you have to offer - not the other way around.
