Grabbing coffee in Cincinnati?

Hi All--

Many thanks to the number of folks over the past couple of days who have been willing to jump on the phone to discuss their real estate investment experience in Cincinnati. I'm very grateful for the generosity! What a great community!

I'm based in NYC but am in Cincinnati this week to learn more about the city and see some properties. Just wanted to ask if any Cincinnati buy & hold investors are interested in grabbing a coffee or a beer while I'm here? I'm here until Wednesday afternoon and would love to continue to learn from others who've already started down this path!

Have you connected with a real estate agent in Cincinnati. If you are in the area - might as well connect with one who can show you some properties so you can get a feel of properties at different price points.

Overall - I hear many investors from NYC finding positive cashflow properties in the Ohio market whether it be Cleveland, Columbus or Cincinnati.
