What constitutes a "livable" property?
Hi, BP!
I'm having problems visualizing how to fix up properties to the extent that they need to be, and not overspending to make it beautiful or restore to former glory. That being said, properties need to be safe. They need to have running water and electricity, etc... But what else do you need to do to make it livable, to make sure your properties rent out fairly quickly (good tenants), and to make sure you're being a great landlord? I know some of it will depend on what the market calls for. Am I missing something?
Thank you in advance,
Amber H.
