How to invest with little money and full-time job?

Hey Bigger Pockets! I live in Birmingham, AL and I've done research on the market here and there are HUNDREDS AND HUNDREDS of potential opportunities here!! The only problem is I don't know a lot of real estate people personally, I work a full-time job and don't have the money to invest in just yet. I've listened to podcasts and read books about Real Estate strategies and finding a team even when you don't have money, etc. Any suggestions?
