Is Renatus Education program legit?

I think it's a great program. With the internet being what it is, you will hear different.

If you are thinking about this as an education resource, I don't think there is anything better out there, not because I'm an affiliate, but because I've purchased several other packages over the years, and none came close!!!

Also, it's important to know that several up and coming REI blogers and instructors are Renatus trained, Matt Theriault @ EPIC and James Massey @ Cash Flow Diary to name a few.

Hi Account Closed Thank you for sharing your experience with me! My experience has been similar. I like the structure of the education packages and am learning a lot from the courses. I've been attending the education sessions where we brainstorm and have discussion around the courses and it's helpful to discuss the lessons with other people. So far I would say that I am benefitting from getting the essentials package! However, I do agree with you regarding the marketing aspect of the group. This is something I'm not interested in, especially since I'm still so new and don't have much to back up what I'm saying. I wouldn't want anyone else to buy the package from me unless I could show them how I've actually benefited financially.

@Annie Levan Congrats on getting the Essential Package, i hope you do well. As Far as Renatus goes the packages i feel are Good and i dont mind Learning from them, the issue i have is with how the education is marketed and how you can get it in order to get the knowledge you need to become successful in ones Real Estate Venture aka being an Marketing affiliate. While Marketing has worked for most it hasnt worked for everybody, trust me im one of those that had an hard time trying to convince others to come to a Thursday Night Intro and having them try and sign up just so i can get a commissions, it bugs me to the core that that is in place, Also eventho there are Great Minds in the Community not everyone will help depending on who you deal with, and whether anyone is a newbie or already Experienced in Real Estate This Group isn't for everyone, some a run into will always bring up it being MLM'ish Scam-ish, yada yada yada, in the Beginning i Didn't think it was a scam but i was Cautious i had to look out for myself Financially, i didn't pick up alot of things off the bat like some in my group did, and its no problem there some people go at their own pace it shouldnt be a rush job.

People will have there different Paths of how they got to where they are to where they chose to be at now, whether they chose to be apart of the Renatus Community or not it's up to them. Again Me personally i'm Ok with the program i just question things about it some things and people, i haven't benefited from that just my personal experience.

I went to a seminar never did any of their classes.  I hear they teach good information but the way it was pitched to me was to Multi Level Markety.  With too much emphasis on pay for a class and if you get 2 friends to go with you, you will get a check for half the class cost.

I always advocate getting an education from where ever is possible and as long as they teach ethically as well.  One of the worse things I see in my market is when newbie investors follows some guru or course program get a property undercontract they knew wasn't a deal and then try and nickel and time in down to a price while its under contract.  Such tactics just give investors a bad reputation in my area.

@Rae Copitka Thank you very much for your feedback! I'm very new to real estate and wanted a streamlined education track to get me caught up. I've purchased the essential package and have started my education!! Happy to hear the program is working well for you so far. I'm starting my 90 day challenge and hope the Renatus courses will help me during the challenge! :)
