Single Family in West Price Hills advice
Hey Guys
I am looking for my first deal in the US and want some advice from locals!
We have been offered a single family in West Price Hills for $59.9k
Its a single family home with a tenant who pays $895 - section 8. They have been there 5 years and the property manager says they are easy to work with.
Has anyone got experience of that area? Is it a good one? If so does the cost of the house and the rent value seem sensible?
