Hi guys! I am relatively new to BP and I'm loving the community! :-)  What a wealth of information!!

Quick question: Any suggestions on the amount of time that you should allow between offers? I made an offer on a property about 5 days ago, but I have not heard anything back from the seller's agent. How soon after making the first offer do you think is appropriate (or most strategic) to make an additional offer? Should I change the terms or simply re-send the original offer and request a reply?
