ListSource.com Listing Parameters to use for Multi-Family
Hello, I am new to biggerpockets site and did not know if I could ask a question so soon, but I was wondering what is the best parameters to use for finding a good list for direct mailers in my area with ListSource.com (If there is a better one, please let me know)
Currently, I am doing 2 to 20 units, Equity % of 30% to 100% - getting roughly 4,500 addresses and did not know if this is the best parameters, or if I should add more or take away. Should I only do absentee owners?
