Trade surfing lessons for long distance real estate lessons

Hello BP community,

I'm finally ready to jump in and invest unfortunately I live in Kailua, on the island of Oahu in Hawaii. This makes it tough to start small and slowly grow my real estate investments. The cost of entry is very high and can be tough.

I thought I had a deal for a condo in 2017, but that fell though and have not seen another good opportunity that makes sense for me since. After much thought, I have finally decided to invest in the mainland and was looking for a mentor to help me. I understand time is money and I am offering surf lessons/instructions for the guidance in the process of long term real estate investment. I have just ordered the book by David Green

A little about myself, I am of Hawaiian ancestry and was born and raised on the island of Oahu. I have been surfing for most of my life and know this island very well. I have long boards and short boards which you could borrow and if you give me a little about your surf experience I am sure we could find an exciting spot for you/family to learn or practice surfing. I have taught quite a few people how to surf and have taken out newbies and been a surf partner, sometimes in Hawaii having a local person really helps. Let me know if you are interested.

Thanks for your time,

Daniel Sole
