Using a Real Estate Agent as a General Contractor

Hi all, I got a question that I hope someone here can provide some guidance on. I'm looking to do a 203k rehab for my first home which will eventually be an investment property. Through my network I have found a gentleman who is both a Real Estate agent and General Contractor who has extensive experience doing 203k rehabs. What risks should I be aware of using one person to be both my agent and general contractor? He comes with high praise and knows several people in both my personal and professional network but I want to make sure I'm aware of any conflicts of interest this can bring about. I like the idea that with his rehabbing experience he could help me find good candidate homes to perform the rehab on. Thoughts?
