New and networking. NE Louisiana and Central Texas

Howdy, BP Nation!

I’m three weeks into the biggest adventure of my life and one I am certain will change my life. Skipped over the analysis paralysis and taking action.

I’m currently located in West Monroe, LA and first impressions are that it’s a small market with Tax delinquency and landlord investors as my current approaches. I got a referral from my landlord for a wholesaler that worked in the are, but relocated to Tennessee.

I’ll be moving back to central Texas over the summer. I lived in Austin over 20 years up until a year and a half ago. Looking forward to being back in the area. I love and miss it.

I’d love to have opportunity to meet, network, learn from, and do business with the action takers. Nationally is great as well. I have a buyer on my list in Atlanta looking for MFH and commercial nationwide.

Coming from a film producer background, I know how to talk and make things move.

I’m not scared of the money or the success. I consider them byproducts of great work.

I was just contacted by another wholesaler today, also new and short on buyers. I explained co-wholesaleing and put her in touch with another wholesaler (the one previously in my area) to see if they could make a match. It’s a good feeling to be a go-giver this early on, and I’m praying they get a deal done. Or many deals!

I’m a family man, work in the film industry and have a passion for surfing.

Who are you, how are you, and how can I serve?

Greetings in advance and go be great.

Kindest Regards,

Jeff Gibbs
