Hello BP family ! I had an interesting topic my business partners and I have been discussing for quite some time and I would like the advice of you all. If you had 16 properties that you are renting out , would you use one PM company to manage all of your properties....?

Michael,

Maybe you could hire two, see how they do, then give All to the one that meets your expectations, is efficient and returns phone calls
