New REI starting from the ground up. with little to no money

My name is Michael Peterson. I started my LLC in April of last year. I'm a young eager investor/entrepreneur looking to get my feet wet. I am currently working on getting an unsecured line of credit for my company while also building as much capital/liquid assets as possible. I understand I have a long road ahead of me simply because I'm basically starting from the bottom with little money. I haven't let that slow me down or discourage me, just like the old saying where there is a will there is a way, and I whole heartedly believe that. My ambition and drive is infinite, always has been and always will be. My plan at the moment is to get a unsecured line of credit for my business and start small, like flipping mobile homes and grow from there. After talking to a few people about thier friends that started real estate investing in the same position as i am, most of them used credit to start off until they aquired the capital where they didnt need it anymore, or it was more of a supplement. Do you have any advice for me? being that you are an experienced esthablished investor. I'd love to hear your input. Maybe you started out like me and worked your way up, or maybe you know someone that has. eager to hear your thoughts and ideas on the subject

Best Regards

Michael Peterson
