Advice to New Investor

Hey Everyone!

My names Daniel and I pretty much just found bigger pockets after a friend of mine (Thanks John) mentioned it and it was also at that same time where he reignited that flame I once had for investing in real estate. I have finally decided that its time to begin this journey and I'm starting today with this quick discussion. I really just want to dive in head first and learn as much as I can so I can make real estate investing a long term career. I offer anyone who would love to share any insight or knowledge with investing in real estate to show this newbie how its done. There's a giant cup of coffee with your name on it for any advice given :).

 Thanks!
