Wholesaling contracts question

Hello, 

I am a newbie investor and I would like to know where you get the actual contracts for wholesale deals? I don’t hear people talk about this much. Also I would like to learn more about how to execute a contract and any specific things that may be important to include in a wholesale contract. If anyone can point me in the right direction for this information I would greatly appreciate it.
