Investor Trainee Ad Question

Hi everyone, I’m new to bigger pockets and this is my first post. I wanted your thoughts on this ad I saw while walking to the coffee shop. I see no option to post a picture on the biggerpockets app so I’ll just quote word for word what the ad says. “LOOK! Real estate investor seeks trainee. Fix n flip $10k/month. Wholesale. Rentals and more $120k/year. Earn while you learn.” There’s also a phone number to call below the ad. I’m interested in having a mentor, so I was thinking of calling this number since I have never dabbled in real estate before. I’ve told my mother and other friends about this ad, and they’re worried it might be a scam. I would like to hear everyone’s thoughts on the matter. It would help a lot! Thank you!
