Raleigh NC - Realtors & Lenders

Hi All,

I'm just getting started with real estate investing and I'd like to find a realtor that works with investors and a good lender in the area. Does anyone have any recommendations?

Thanks!

Kelly

@Kelly McIntyre I use @Tiffany Alexy for my transactions in the Triangle. For lenders, if you are doing loans in your name, Wells Fargo, Suntrust, anyone of those work. If you are getting a portfolio product, I do a lot of financing through New Republic Savings Bank. I use to do financing with Yadkin and 1st Bank of Apex - both were decent.
