What do I need to start in real estate investing?

Hello my name is chance buchner. I am 19 getting ready to graduate college with an associates degree. I only recently got interested in real estate investing. I would like to start into multi family homes, and i was just wondering on what I needed to get started in it. Do i have to get a licenses for it or anything? How do i get started in this?
