I Finished the Challenge of Buying a property before 2018!

I have been following bigger pockets since May of 2017. I started out listening to all the podcasts reading the books and searching for property. As the months went by I have been getting more and more into it. Meeting with local investors. Looking up deals on MLS 2 -3 Times a day. Then I heard the podcast with Brandon Turner about challenging your self to buy a property before the year is up. THAT is exactly what I did. I bought a duplex as my first home. I will continue to live at home until my fiance and I are married and rent out the duplex, earn cash flow and hopefully buy a second duplex next year. I am very excited to finally start my path towards financial freedom. Thanks Bigger Pockets.
