Experience filled occupation

Hi BP, I'm Tate. I'm currently a junior in college and am looking for a different part time job that I can hopefully carry out through college and into the beginning of my career. I would want it to help me gain experience within real estate markets, rentals, or industry operations and allow me to save up money in a timely manner to fund my first deal. I have looked into a few occupations such as a leasing consultant but am curious to know if I have any other options. I would love some advice. P.S. I currently work as a sales associate in retail and live in Colorado Springs, CO Thanks guys!
