Brandon & Scott I am just getting started with my real estate investing learning. I read rich dad poor dad and am currently reading cash flow quadrant. I listen to your podcast on my commute every day. I just picked up three of your books and was wondering if you or anyone on this forum recommends a specific order I should read them The three books are: The book on investing in real estate with no money down The book on rental property investing Set for life I am 23 years old, live in Queens, NY and currently am working as a civil engineer on a construction site. My goal is to reach financial freedom within the next 5 years. I plan on buying my first property (hopefully a multi unit) using an fha loan and living in one apartment while renting out the other. I have been searching the MLS for a month now for a multi unit in one of the five Burroughs and cannot seem to find a deal that seems like it would cashflow. Let alone if I house hacked and lived in one unit.. Should I be searching for a single family? I am looking for any advise from someone in the area that has been able to do this. Thank you bigger pockets community!
