Early Mistakes from a Noob
I just placed my first accepted bid on an online auctioned foreclosed house.
At the close of the auction, I was the highest bidder at $59,900 for a 3bd/1ba in SE Wisconsin.
But I have not even received my pre-approved offer letter from my bank yet....major mistake apparently.
I put in the application to get pre-approved the day I found out that my bid was the highest at the auction's close.
For future reference, do investors typically get pre-approved for properties that they haven't even placed an accepted offer? Excuse my great noobery right now!
I appreciate anyone's input and feedback!
Thanks!
