Seeking local partnerships and investors(Indiana)
Hello,
My name is Brady Carpenter. I'm looking to get my first deal started. I currently live in Seymour, Indiana and have been looking for deals in the Indianapolis area.
I don't have much capital but my recent job switch provides me with roughly double my old pay.(Very sad, the jobs here are terrible so I'm lucky for having no degree) I feel that I have gained enough knowledge to get started but I'm still not really sure where to begin? I would like to try several strategies out to see which one I enjoy the most but I do have a few in mind to begin with. I'm currently looking for local investors who could potentially mentor me, I'm very driven and tired of the 9-5 life by itself. I don't mind working it while investing as it's easier to get loans and such, so it will be more tolerable for me knowing how useful it is. Also, any partnerships I can get beforehand. I believe I have a partner that can provide funds for the property and rehabbing so anything else is greatly appreciated. I'm looking for local Attorney's currently but I've yet o find one who specializes in Real Estate.
I would like to invite you to lunch if you have the time to talk with me. Thank you for taking the time to read this!

I understand. I've been to seymour multiple times to visit Acme Sports, been downtown Seymour to visit Bite the Bullet. Downtown area is nice, but otherwise not a very good area.
I suggested Columbus due to proximity, population growth, and economic growth.
