My Plan
My husband and I have a 3 year plan. I'd like to run it by you.
We live in the subs of Chicago in a condo. We have lived here for 6 1/2 yrs. In 3 yrs we plan to move to Florida. If we were to sell our condo now we would make 60K. Our plan is to increase the value by upgrading the kitchen/bath (condo is 10 yrs old) new windows, crown molding ect. Take the equity and buy a structurly sound house that just needs paint and updating, sell, take that money and buy another and do the same plus a small home or condo to rent out and build from there.
What can I do to improve on this basic plan?
