Newbie Investor Getting Started in New Brunswick

Hey everyone!

I'm currently in the process of looking for my first Rental Property. Currently looking in my local market of Fredericton, New Brunswick and/or my hometown of Truro, Nova Scotia. For those knowledgable about those markets, what are the best resources for learning about local landlord laws or real estate laws that I should be aware of?

Loving all that I've learned from BP so far and I just can't get enough!
