Initial Investment Strategy
Good Morning BP! I have a two part question for you all!
1. I do not to intend to manage my properties personally in the mid to long term. However, I do want to gain some experience with property management. Should I even worry about getting this experience if my goal is not to do it myself in the future? Additionally, do you think that managing my first few properties for a year or two would provide sufficient experience?
2. I am looking to get started with small student rental homes in my area. Do you think it would be too risky for me to go grab two single family properties or should I get one, learn the trade, and move on from there? (I have sufficient capital/means to get two)
Many Thanks!
Travis
