Don't put the TITLE in your name!

Good Afternoon my Bigger Pockets people! So, this pass Wednesday I had the pleasure of attending an real estate seminar. You know the one that tries to sell you a class or a product at the end?  ( Are those classes even worth investing into?) Anyway, the person who was presenting made a statement to never put the TITLE of the home in your name. He mention that putting the DEED in you name was O.K., but not the title. And as a newwwwbie into this real estate game, what does he mean by it? He didn't go into detail about what exactly what he meant, but the statement was made. So, could anyone help me understand his reference????

Also,  come to think about it, he referenced I think Rockerfella in saying that, " He's worth a billion, but owns nothing". I'm confused??????
