Loans and the lenders non responding
ok so I've started getting good deals. I've contacted 2 different lenders and was given preapprovals but nothing after that. What am I doing wrong?

They may think that your loan is too small for their time, to be quite honest. A lot of lenders will send out pof's and pre approval letters without analyzing anything about the deal so if you actually come back with a deal you want to pursue and it's not to their liking then they won't respond back.
