Eastern Washington Wholesalers?

I'm 18 and very interested in REI. I've read a few books now and have been educating myself the best I can using the information available. I feel like wholesaling would be best for me to start out with as I'll be off to college in a few months and won't have tons of time to manage house flips or rentals. I live in north eastern Washington state and I'm looking for somebody who does wholesaling on this side of the state that I could get in touch with or even have mentor me through my first deal. If anybody has any advice they could give for a young person starting out, I'd appreciate that too. Thank you!

Hey @Devyn Grillo, Welcome to Bigger Pockets! There's a ton of great info here, and a lot of great people to meet as well.

Where will you be headed to college?  You may be able to find a mentor in your home town, as well as one in your college town.  No reason you can't wholesale and/or flip while at home and at school!

If you're ever in the Spokane area, I'd be happy to grab coffee and chat real estate.  Let me know...
