Renting a Travel Trailer $$

Hi, I'm new to BP but have some experience in Property management and am looking to get some feedback and more information on renting a Travel Trailer in a RV Park. So I have the opportunity to rent a 20x100 cement pad at a friends well maintained RV park for only $200 a month. I want to know if it would be smart to purchase a decent looking Travel trailer ( 25' -30' for maybe $3000-$5000) and rent it for $500-550 a month. Are their any legal ramifications I should be aware of? What are some of the positives and negatives to this? Should I finance this through a bank( to build a relationship and possibly do again but with a bigger budget) or pay for the trailer outright. Please let me know if you would like any more details about this. Garrad
