What are examples of fees associated with a hard money loan when first taking out one?

@Andrew Michael  Junk fee's are a large part of a lenders revenue stream.

third party fee's for simple SFR fix and flip are usually just appraisal and credit and maybe background.. more lenders are doing background now. kind of like qualifying tenant.

I used an Accuriant product that was specific for lenders.. we put in the SS.. and the computer would instantly tell us if the info on the app was matching to the SS.. most times it was but I had a few fruads come through .. fun to catch em up front.
