Getting started with WHOLESALING in Phoenix..... We need HELP!

Hello 

My name is Angeil, I moved to Phoenix from the Dallas area about 7 months ago, and my partner Ty moved from Indiana 6 months ago. Me and my partner are new to wholesaling and we are looking to find our first motivated seller... it's a little harder then we thought. Can anyone give us some tips,  or even a step further, anybody know the Phoenix area and be willing to partner or mentor us. We are really serious about this business and have done sooo much research and back end business stuff but can't collaborate our first deal. Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks :)
